1. Branding is LOCKED
LegacyKey is the primary brand on every client-facing surface — page chrome, email headers and subject lines, SMS sender framing, and the Terms of Service the client sees. The licensed attorney firm name is secondary only — “by [Firm Name]” in page chrome, never as primary brand. This single-brand discipline keeps the platform's 10DLC SMS registration in the platform-branded sender category.
2. No per-firm theming
No per-attorney colors, fonts, or layouts. Members configure content (payment instructions, firm display name, video choice) but not visual theming. Members may not modify the LegacyKey wordmark, logo, palette, or typography in any client-facing surface.
3. Trademark sublicense scope
Members receive a limited, revocable trademark sublicense for the duration of the active subscription term. Authorized uses include client-facing portals (advisor landing, engagement, workshop, scheduling), Member-firm marketing collateral provided through the LegacyKey Advisor Launch Kit, and references to the Member's LegacyKey affiliation in firm-owned channels.
4. Restricted uses
Members may not modify, recolor, or recompose the LegacyKey wordmark, mark, or color palette. Members may not register a confusingly similar mark in any jurisdiction. Members may not represent themselves as LegacyKey or any LegacyKey-affiliated entity.
5. On termination
On license termination, the Member is directed to cease use of all LegacyKey-branded materials within the timeframe specified in the Member's termination notice (typically 30 days). The Member's underlying raw content (e.g., original video footage) remains the Member's; the LegacyKey-published versions (with trademark baked in) are removed from the Member's tenant.
6. Reporting brand misuse
Suspected brand misuse — including by Members, advisors, or third parties — may be reported to legal@legacykeyprogram.com. LegacyKey reserves all rights and remedies under applicable trademark law.
